The LIX platform supports tokenised loyalty rewards through customisable, gamified programmes that integrate with social media, e-commerce and in-store systems. It is fully configurable and can integrate with third-party systems.

Businesses define and implement their own rules for loyalty rewards, with the logic automated inside the platform so no manual intervention is needed from earning through to redemption. The API supports rapid integration with existing websites or point-of-sale software, automating a full loyalty system within days.

Multiple languages and currencies are supported, so programmes can be adapted to local preferences and market conditions. Reward criteria can be based on time, location or shopping behaviour, online or in person, using either pre-configured templates or fully custom campaigns.

Earning rules can reward referrals, social media engagement or repeat purchases, so the programme responds to customer behaviour. Blockchain technology records reward transactions and programme rules verifiably, making the system tamper-proof.
